Recode the page so that it is mobile first. In other words, recode it so that it loads the layout below 480 pixels wide first. (It is currently coded to load the layout between 480 and 1200 first).

2.
Make the typeface different in all 3 states (below 480 / between 480 and 1200 / above 1200).

For the below 480 state, change the layout from a two column layout to a one column layout (while keeping a 2 column layout above the 480 state).

4.
For below 480 state, make sure the single column is 100% wide.
