Recode the page so that it is mobile first. In other words, recode it so that it loads the layout below 600 pixels wide first. (It is currently coded to load the layout between 600 and 1200 first).

2.
Make the typeface different in all 3 states (below 600 / between 600 and 1200 / above 1200).

For the below 600 state, change the layout from a two column layout to a one column layout (while keeping a 2 column layout above the 600 state).

4.
For below 600 state, make sure the single column is 100% wide.
